The destination of this process is what I call Inner Union: the higher masculine and feminine aspects of you, already whole, already in union, anchored into the body rather than held as a concept. Embodied, it produces a specific and recognizable state: wholeness, joy, and what I call innocent eros, an aliveness from which it becomes natural to create, lead, and love.
Most success is built from compensation: proving, protecting, performing, needing to be needed. Inner Union changes the source you are creating and relating from. You stop extracting validation, love, or security from your work and your relationships, and start offering them from overflow. The wealth, the leadership, and the love that follow are not the goal. They are what naturally moves through a person no longer creating from the void.
