Understanding a pattern and resolving it are two different things. Many of the people who come to me have already done a tremendous amount of inner work. The therapy, the coaching, the somatic work, the plant medicine ceremonies, the retreats. They understand their childhood. They recognize their patterns. And still, when the right circumstances arise, the pattern returns.
You lead with remarkable clarity, then lose your boundaries or judgment in certain relationships.
You know how to create opportunity, yet something in you resists when it's time to receive more, raise your standards or be seen.
You long for real intimacy, and keep finding yourself overgiving, rescuing, pursuing or pulling away.

When we work together, we start with what's happening in your life now. Where do you lose your center? What keeps repeating? Where do money, visibility, intimacy or responsibility feel tight? Then we look at what created it.
Often it's a conclusion made in childhood. That love required sacrifice. That being powerful meant being alone. That if you became too successful, you'd lose the people you love. Part of the work is finding those moments and helping those parts of us come back into a more integrated relationship with who we are today.
A child can make a conclusion in one moment of pain, and the adult can spend a lifetime organizing their choices around it.
Some patterns, in my understanding, have roots beyond this lifetime.
This is where my work becomes more multidimensional. Not everyone relates to this understanding of reality, and that's completely fine. I work at the depth that is meaningful for you.
In my experience, many people do years of inner child work and find a particular pattern still loops. Within the spiritual framework I've developed, I understand some of those patterns as having an original moment beyond this life. I call these causal imprints: vows, agreements, conclusions or choices made at another point in the Soul's journey that still influence how someone experiences life now.
When it's appropriate, we explore that original moment, work with the agreements connected to it, and establish a new orientation. It's almost like a knot in the system finally loosens. I call this causal restoration.

The question becomes less about what needs healing and more about who is ready to emerge. I don't want anyone to spend their life looking for the next thing to heal.
Within my spiritual understanding, there's the identity we've built through this lifetime, and a deeper Soul nature connected to our Higher Self. Soul Embodiment is helping that identity choose from deeper guidance instead of from conditioning or fear. For those experienced in multidimensional work, we can go further, into Oversoul Embodiment.
Others simply want more harmony in their relationships, more freedom around money, or a more meaningful life. Both are welcome.
Your capacity to receive is connected to what you've learned is safe.
Someone can want greater wealth while another part of them links money with conflict or loss. They can long for deep love and feel overwhelmed when someone comes close. They can want to be seen while their body reacts as though visibility is dangerous.
So part of our work is developing the capacity to receive and hold more, without returning to old patterns. We use breath, movement and energetic practice, and for those drawn to it, the Dantians, the meridians and the microcosmic orbit. But the real measure is how you live.
Can you hold a difficult conversation without abandoning yourself?
Can you receive an opportunity without contracting?
Can you lead with integrity when the stakes become greater?
Power is safe in whole hands
Love without needing to possess.
You can be accomplished, spiritually developed and deeply capable, and still find yourself trying to earn love, rescuing others, or attached to someone who isn't available. Relationships reveal the places where we still feel incomplete.
There's a deeper wholeness already available within your own Being. I call it Inner Union. As you learn to live from it, your relationships change. You give without abandoning yourself. You receive without feeling indebted. You love someone deeply without needing to control them.
When two people meet from that place, I call them Double Completes: two sovereign Beings choosing to share a life, rather than filling each other's voids. To me, this is part of a new culture of relationship.
The strategist understands what you are building. The Magi sees who is building it.
Before I became a spiritual mentor, I wrote business plans for entrepreneurs with ambitious visions. That never left me. Once someone begins to feel real inner freedom, another question arrives: what are you going to do with it? How do you want to live? What structures will support the person you're becoming?
So we work on the real decisions too: your leadership, your business direction, your relationship with wealth, your standards. Spiritual development belongs inside the practical responsibilities of being alive. We're here to embody what we discover, and to do something with it.

This work is deeply personal to me.
My grandfather rose to great success and then experienced a profound collapse. My father went through divorce and bankruptcy when I was eight. I began to see a pattern in my family: that greatness could be followed by collapse, and that becoming powerful could threaten love, safety or belonging.
I wanted to understand why patterns like that repeat, how they pass through families, and what it actually takes to become free of them. That question took me through thirty-three countries and nearly two decades of study and practice. I've trained practitioners, worked with founders and leaders, and grown my private practice through relationships and referral.
I'm also a musician and spoken-word artist. I love bringing wisdom through music, spontaneous prayer and art.
I don't believe the world needs more gurus. I believe it needs more sovereign human beings.

Is this therapy?
No. I'm a mentor and advisor, and this is transformational and spiritual work rather than clinical treatment. Many clients do it alongside therapy. It never replaces medical or psychological care when that's what someone needs.
Do I need to share your spiritual beliefs?
No. Not everyone relates to the multidimensional side of my work, and that's completely fine. We work at the depth that's meaningful for you, and the measure is always what changes in your actual life.
Is it online or in person?
Most sessions are held privately online, so we can work wherever you are. The Legacy Project also gathers in person for a three-day retreat.
How long does the work take?
The Legacy Diagnostic is a single ninety-minute session. The Legacy Project runs six months. Private mentorship is usually six or twelve months, shaped around your life.
What does it cost?
